Research

During the 2018–2019 school year, the researchers provided a healthy and well-balanced school lunch at three primary schools for six months. The children made their own sandwiches at school, and additional items were offered each week, such as soup, fish or a boiled egg. Compared with a lunch brought from home, the children ate more vegetables and whole-wheat bread and drank fewer sugar-sweetened beverages as a result of this school lunch. Good news!

Before new steps can be taken, it is important for the researchers to know how staff at primary schools view a healthy school lunch provided at school.

Request

The researchers invite staff at primary schools to complete an online questionnaire about the school lunch. The purpose of this questionnaire is to investigate how staff view providing a school lunch at school. Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes, and the results will be processed anonymously (without names).
