About the research

The Getting a Grip on Sound research focuses on acoustics, noise safety standards, health complaints and hearing, education and smart wearables. The research was funded by SIA RAAK-Publiek. In February, Pointer produced a report on the worrying preliminary results, which have since led to parliamentary questions being submitted.

Informative and sporty programme

It promises to be an inspiring day, during which the research results will not only be presented, but various workshops will also be offered. These workshops range from sports workshops to informative workshops on the use of wearables, teaching methods in lessons, hearing protection, possibilities for acoustic adaptations, and roles and responsibilities in sports policy.

The morning will conclude with a shared lunch and the opportunity to enjoy some sport in the special sports facilities of Younity Utrecht.
