Format

During the online peer consultation meeting, you will split into groups, with one of your own questions or one from a colleague as the focus. We form the groups based on your role. You can submit your own question or choose a question from a colleague.

Following a set step-by-step plan, we will jointly analyze the question and learn with and from one another. You will therefore return “home” with concrete lessons learned.

Examples of questions:

  • Healthy School Adviser: ‘How can I ensure that, as a Healthy School adviser, I remain objective when offering health topics?’
  • Healthy School Adviser: How can I ensure that responsibility for working on well-being is placed with the school, rather than taking too much of the lead myself?’
  • School principal: ‘How can I pay attention to the well-being of colleagues during this busy period?’

Target group

Healthy School advisers and education professionals (for example, internal support coordinators, care coordinators, school principals and teachers (primary and secondary education)).

What is peer consultation?

Peer consultation is a form of learning in which you develop professionally by systematically reflecting with colleagues from the education sector on questions arising in your work. You listen to one another, think things through together, advise one another and learn from one another. All Healthy School advisers and education professionals in primary and secondary education (internal support coordinators, care coordinators, school principals, teachers and lecturers) can take part in the Trimbos Institute peer consultation meeting.
