Take part in the quiz during Food Waste-Free Week and get a chance to win great prizes, such as packages with cool tools to prevent food waste for the whole class or a guest lesson! You can find the quiz here.
At the end of the quiz, you can leave your email address for a chance to win the prizes. You can take part until 30 September. The winners will then be notified by email. The quiz is part of the Taste Mission Food Waste programme for grades 7 and 8.
Taste Mission Food Waste
A lot of food is thrown away in the Netherlands, which is a shame! What can we do about this? In the Taste Mission Food Waste programme, students in grades 7 and 8 learn what they can do to prevent food waste.
The Taste Mission consists of six interactive lessons, supplemented by a digital whiteboard module, and can be found on the free Chef! educational platform.
How do you use a Taste Mission?
On the Chef! educational platform, you will find an overview of the core objectives for primary education that food education supports. There are several ways to use our food education offering.

- Project: spread the lessons over the days of the project period.
- Spread throughout the school year: make a schedule in advance so that all the lessons are covered.
- Link with regular teaching methods in education: Both this website and Chef! indicate which food education lessons align with regular teaching packages.
