For ten years, the Healthy Primary School of the Future initiative has been working towards a school environment where every child has the space to learn and play in a healthy and energetic way. The movement began with pioneers who wanted to bring about a fundamental change and has grown into a still-expanding and widely supported network of schools, municipalities, civil society organisations and policymakers.
Target audience
The conference is intended for everyone working to ensure that children grow up healthy and have equal opportunities: in education, childcare, municipalities, healthcare and welfare organisations, sports, prevention and policy.
Topics will include questions such as:
- What have we learned over the past few years?
- What inspiring examples have emerged in practice?
- How can we ensure that every child in Limburg can attend a healthy primary school?
- What can the Netherlands learn from this approach?
