Course Overview

- Develop an understanding of a key model of giftedness: Differentiated Model of Giftedness and Talent (DMGT).
- Develop an understanding of the terms ‘giftedness’ and ‘talent’.
- Explore the implications of the DMGT for teachers.
- Build awareness of the behaviours these characteristics may prompt.
- Build awareness of issues that make identification challenging.
- Engage in self-reflection for improvement.
